Our Founder
Liana Pitt
Liana Pitt, founder of Bigibila Consultancy Firm, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Technology Sydney, where she was recognised with prestigious scholarships, including a UTS Alumni CEO mentorship. Inspired by the values of community and resilience, Liana founded Bigibila Consultancy Firm to help organisations grow while embedding Indigenous perspectives. Her goal is to weave cultural capability into business strategies, fostering sustainable and impactful outcomes.
Liana is a proud Gamilaraay woman dedicated to integrating cultural knowledge into business strategy. With over a decade of experience across government and community work, she leads Bigibila with the values of adaptability and resilience, inspired by her grandmother’s totem, Bigibila (the echidna). Through Bigibila, Liana is committed to making cultural capability a fundamental part of every business journey.
